過濾技術的基本知識
shiyeguhuoqiguhunhewuzhongdeliutiqiangzhitongguoduokongxingguolvjiezhi,jiangqizhongdexuanfugutikelijiayijieliu,congershixianhunhewudefenli,shiyizhongshuyuliutidongliguochengdedanyuancaozuo。yeguhunhewudeguolvzaiyacha(包括重力造成的壓差)或(huo)離(li)心(xin)力(li)作(zuo)用(yong)下(xia)進(jin)行(xing)。待(dai)過(guo)濾(lv)的(de)混(hun)合(he)物(wu)稱(cheng)為(wei)濾(lv)漿(jiang),穿(chuan)過(guo)過(guo)濾(lv)介(jie)質(zhi)的(de)澄(cheng)清(qing)液(ye)體(ti)稱(cheng)為(wei)濾(lv)液(ye),被(bei)截(jie)留(liu)的(de)固(gu)體(ti)顆(ke)粒(li)層(ceng)稱(cheng)為(wei)濾(lv)餅(bing)。氣(qi)固(gu)混(hun)合(he)物(wu)的(de)過(guo)濾(lv)一(yi)般(ban)在(zai)壓(ya)差(cha)作(zuo)用(yong)下(xia)進(jin)行(xing)。過(guo)濾(lv)操(cao)作(zuo)的(de)目(mu)的(de)有(you)時(shi)是(shi)為(wei)得(de)到(dao)澄(cheng)清(qing)的(de)流(liu)體(ti),如(ru)潤(run)滑(hua)油(you)或(huo)空(kong)氣(qi)的(de)過(guo)濾(lv);有時是為得到懸浮的固體顆粒,如結晶時從母液中分離晶體產品;有時則兩者兼有。
過濾方法 根據過程的推動力,過濾可分為:①重力過濾,操作推動力是懸浮液本身的液柱靜壓,一般不超過50kPa,此法僅適用於處理顆粒粒度大、含量少的濾漿;②加壓過濾,用泵或其他方式將濾漿加壓,可產生較高的操作壓力,一般可達500kPa以上,能有效處理難分離的濾漿;③真空過濾,在過濾介質底側抽真空,所產生的壓力差通常不超過85kPa,適用於含有礦粒或晶體顆粒的濾漿,且便於洗滌濾餅;④離li心xin過guo濾lv,操cao作zuo壓ya力li是shi濾lv漿jiang層ceng產chan生sheng的de離li心xin力li,便bian於yu洗xi滌di濾lv餅bing,所suo得de濾lv餅bing的de含han液ye量liang少shao,適shi用yong於yu晶jing體ti物wu料liao和he纖xian維wei物wu料liao的de過guo濾lv。過guo濾lv設she備bei的de種zhong類lei很hen多duo。通tong常chang將jiang實shi施shi重zhong力li過guo濾lv、加壓過濾和真空過濾的機器稱過濾機;將實施離心過濾的機器,稱離心過濾機。
機理 按過濾介質攔截固體顆粒機理,可分表麵過濾和深層過濾,前者廣泛用於化工生產中;後者較少應用。
①表麵過濾 利用過濾介質表麵或過濾過程中所生成的濾餅表麵,來攔截固體顆粒,shigutiyuyetifenli。zhezhongguolvzhinengchuqulijingdayulvbingkongdaozhijingdekeli,danbingbuyaoqiuguolvjiezhidekongdaozhijingyidingyaoxiaoyubeijieliukelidezhijing。zaiyibanqingkuangxia,guolvkaishijieduanhuiyoushaoliangxiaoyujiezhitongdaozhijingdekelichuanguojiezhihunrulvyezhong,dankelihenkuaizaijiezhitongdaorukoufashengjiaqiaoxianxiang(圖1),使shi小xiao顆ke粒li受shou到dao阻zu攔lan且qie在zai介jie質zhi表biao麵mian沉chen積ji形xing成cheng濾lv餅bing。此ci時shi,真zhen正zheng對dui顆ke粒li起qi攔lan截jie作zuo用yong的de是shi濾lv餅bing,而er過guo濾lv介jie質zhi僅jin起qi著zhe支zhi承cheng濾lv餅bing的de作zuo用yong。不bu過guo當dang懸xuan浮fu液ye的de顆ke粒li含han量liang極ji少shao而er不bu能neng形xing成cheng濾lv餅bing時shi,固gu體ti顆ke粒li隻zhi能neng依yi靠kao過guo濾lv介jie質zhi的de攔lan截jie而er與yu液ye體ti分fen離li;此時隻有大於介質孔道直徑的顆粒方能從液體中除去。
②深層過濾 當顆粒尺寸小於介質孔道直徑時,不能在過濾介質表麵形成濾餅, 這些顆粒便進入介質內部(圖2),借慣性和擴散作用趨近孔道壁麵,bingzaijingdianhebiaomianlidezuoyongxiachenjixialai,congeryuliutifenli。shencengguolvhuishiguolvjiezhineibudekongdaozhujiansuoxiao,suoyiguolvjiezhibixudingqigenghuanhuozaisheng。yongshalvfaguolvyinyongshuishishencengguolvdeshili。
