篩分設備直線超聲電機存在的問題
從對篩分設備直線超聲電機的研究發展過程及各類直線超聲電機的結構、運yun行xing特te點dian等deng分fen析xi可ke以yi得de出chu,盡jin管guan對dui於yu直zhi線xian超chao聲sheng電dian機ji的de研yan究jiu已yi經jing進jin行xing了le許xu多duo年nian,研yan製zhi出chu了le各ge種zhong類lei型xing的de直zhi線xian超chao聲sheng電dian機ji,但dan大da部bu分fen的de電dian機ji性xing能neng還hai不bu夠gou穩wen定ding,結jie構gou不bu夠gou完wan善shan,在zai實shi際ji的de應ying用yong中zhong可ke能neng會hui出chu現xian一yi些xie問wen題ti,所suo以yi目mu前qian能neng夠gou應ying用yong的de直zhi線xian超chao聲sheng電dian機ji種zhong類lei還hai很hen少shao。雖sui然ran在zai國guo外wai已yi經jing有you一yi些xie篩shai分fen設she備bei直zhi線xian超chao聲sheng電dian機ji實shi現xian了le量liang產chan,應ying用yong到dao了le產chan品pin中zhong,進jin入ru商shang業ye化hua流liu程cheng,但dan在zai國guo內nei卻que沒mei有you足zu夠gou成cheng熟shu的de產chan品pin出chu現xian,歸gui結jie其qi原yuan因yin主zhu要yao在zai以yi下xia幾ji個ge方fang麵mian:
(1)篩分設備的輸出功率不夠,尤其是單個電機推力較小,在機器人、航空航天、驅動等需要較大推力的應用中,國內當前輸出力在10N以上的直線超聲電機很少,即使有少數幾個推力較大的,運行也不夠穩定。篩分設備直線超聲電機存在的問題,篩分機噪音
(2)篩分設備的工作效率低,相較於傳統的電磁電機達到80%以上的工作效率,直線超聲電機遠遠不如。有兩個原因導致直線超聲電機工作效率低下:一(yi)是(shi)在(zai)壓(ya)電(dian)陶(tao)瓷(ci)片(pian)的(de)逆(ni)壓(ya)電(dian)效(xiao)應(ying)將(jiang)電(dian)能(neng)轉(zhuan)換(huan)成(cheng)定(ding)子(zi)彈(dan)性(xing)體(ti)振(zhen)動(dong)能(neng)的(de)能(neng)量(liang)損(sun)耗(hao)。二(er)是(shi)定(ding)子(zi)彈(dan)性(xing)體(ti)與(yu)動(dong)子(zi)接(jie)觸(chu)將(jiang)振(zhen)動(dong)能(neng)裝(zhuang)換(huan)成(cheng)直(zhi)線(xian)運(yun)動(dong)輸(shu)出(chu)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)的(de)能(neng)量(liang)損(sun)耗(hao)。這(zhe)兩(liang)種(zhong)能(neng)量(liang)轉(zhuan)換(huan)方(fang)式(shi)效(xiao)率(lv)都(dou)比(bi)較(jiao)低(di),造(zao)成(cheng)大(da)量(liang)的(de)能(neng)量(liang)損(sun)耗(hao),降(jiang)低(di)了(le)電(dian)機(ji)的(de)運(yun)行(xing)效(xiao)率(lv)。
(3)篩分設備的加工精度要求高,在使用過程中,定子和動子接觸表麵粗糙度、平麵度對電機的性能影響很大,要保證電機能平穩運行這些參數都有嚴格的要求。定子的加工精度也會在很大程度上影響電機性能。
(4)量產成本高,直線超聲電機對壓電陶瓷片及定子、動子的金屬材料要求都比較高,這就使得整個電機的成本較高。
(5)實shi驗yan數shu據ju不bu夠gou完wan善shan,由you於yu篩shai分fen設she備bei的de直zhi線xian超chao聲sheng電dian機ji種zhong類lei多duo,研yan製zhi時shi間jian不bu長chang,對dui於yu各ge種zhong環huan境jing下xia的de可ke靠kao性xing實shi驗yan不bu夠gou詳xiang細xi,有you很hen多duo不bu確que定ding因yin素su的de存cun在zai導dao致zhi在zai某mou些xie特te殊shu環huan境jing中zhong不bu能neng使shi用yong。
(6)篩(shai)分(fen)設(she)備(bei)的(de)使(shi)用(yong)壽(shou)命(ming)短(duan),根(gen)據(ju)直(zhi)線(xian)超(chao)聲(sheng)電(dian)機(ji)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)原(yuan)理(li),電(dian)機(ji)是(shi)靠(kao)摩(mo)擦(ca)力(li)來(lai)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de),這(zhe)就(jiu)注(zhu)定(ding)了(le)比(bi)電(dian)磁(ci)電(dian)機(ji)的(de)磨(mo)損(sun)要(yao)大(da)的(de)多(duo),在(zai)工(gong)作(zuo)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)定(ding)、動(dong)子(zi)通(tong)過(guo)摩(mo)擦(ca)傳(chuan)遞(di)能(neng)量(liang),定(ding)子(zi)和(he)動(dong)子(zi)都(dou)會(hui)出(chu)現(xian)磨(mo)損(sun),減(jian)少(shao)了(le)電(dian)機(ji)的(de)使(shi)用(yong)壽(shou)命(ming)。同(tong)時(shi),由(you)於(yu)高(gao)頻(pin)振(zhen)動(dong),定(ding)子(zi)會(hui)發(fa)熱(re),這(zhe)時(shi)候(hou)壓(ya)電(dian)材(cai)料(liao)屬(shu)性(xing)會(hui)發(fa)生(sheng)改(gai)變(bian),時(shi)間(jian)長(chang)了(le)以(yi)後(hou),電(dian)機(ji)的(de)整(zheng)個(ge)性(xing)能(neng)都(dou)會(hui)發(fa)生(sheng)改(gai)變(bian),也(ye)在(zai)一(yi)定(ding)程(cheng)度(du)上(shang)影(ying)響(xiang)篩(shai)分(fen)設(she)備(bei)的(de)電(dian)機(ji)的(de)壽(shou)命(ming)。基(ji)於(yu)以(yi)上(shang)這(zhe)些(xie)常(chang)見(jian)的(de)問(wen)題(ti),直(zhi)線(xian)超(chao)聲(sheng)電(dian)機(ji)的(de)產(chan)業(ye)化(hua)受(shou)到(dao)了(le)嚴(yan)重(zhong)的(de)影(ying)響(xiang),在(zai)篩(shai)分(fen)設(she)備(bei)直(zhi)線(xian)超(chao)聲(sheng)電(dian)機(ji)的(de)研(yan)究(jiu)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)還(hai)有(you)許(xu)多(duo)問(wen)題(ti)需(xu)要(yao)解(jie)決(jue)。
