振動篩在製砂生產線中影響篩分過程的三大因素

影響篩選分級規程的原因大體能夠分三類:
一、被篩選分級物料的物理特征

直線振動篩是使粒子以及篩網表麵作垂直運動,因此篩選分級效率高,生產產能大,而粒子與篩網表麵相對運動尤為重要是平行運動的棒條篩、平麵振動篩、tongshaideng,qishaixuanfenjixiaolvyijishengchanchannengdoudi,duiyudewuliaoeryan,shaizideshengchanlvyijishaixuanfenjixiaolvjuedingyushaiyanchicun,shengchanlvlaiyuanyushaiwangbiaomianzhijing,shaiwangbiaomiankuanshengchanlvgao,shaixuanfenjixiaolvlaiyuanyushaiwangbiaomianchangdu,shaiwangbiaomianchangshaixuanfenjixiaolvgao,tongchangchangkuanbiwei2,有用的篩子麵積(即篩眼麵積與整個篩網表麵麵積之比)愈大,則篩網表麵的單位麵積生產率以及篩選分級效率愈高, 篩眼尺寸愈大,則單位篩網表麵的生產率越大,篩選分級效率越高。
三、生產條件的影響
當篩子的負荷較大時,篩選分級效率不夠高,在大水平上圓振動篩篩子的以及平率來源於篩眼大小以及總篩選分級效率;篩眼愈大,規範篩選分級效率愈低時,則生產率愈高, 喂(wei)料(liao)勻(yun)稱(cheng)性(xing)對(dui)篩(shai)選(xuan)分(fen)級(ji)規(gui)程(cheng)意(yi)義(yi)大(da),篩(shai)子(zi)的(de)傾(qing)斜(xie)度(du)要(yao)適(shi)宜(yi),通(tong)常(chang)曆(li)經(jing)試(shi)驗(yan)來(lai),再(zai)就(jiu)是(shi)篩(shai)子(zi)的(de)振(zhen)動(dong)幅(fu)度(du)與(yu)振(zhen)次(ci),這(zhe)與(yu)篩(shai)子(zi)的(de)構(gou)造(zao)物(wu)性(xing)有(you)關(guan),在(zai)的(de)範(fan)圍(wei)內(nei),注(zhu)入(ru)振(zhen)動(dong)能(neng)夠(gou)提(ti)高(gao)篩(shai)選(xuan)分(fen)級(ji)指(zhi)標(biao), 振動篩在工作過程中,常會源於金屬“硬對硬”的de配pei合he聯lian係xi導dao致zhi配pei件jian磨mo損sun及ji劃hua傷shang,如ru振zhen動dong篩shai主zhu軸zhou軸zhou承cheng位wei磨mo損sun等deng故gu障zhang,產chan生sheng上shang述shu困kun擾rao後hou,生sheng產chan廠chang商shang老lao式shi相xiang應ying措cuo施shi是shi補bu焊han或huo刷shua鍍du後hou機ji加jia工gong修xiu複fu,但dan是shi兩liang者zhe均jun存cun在zai毛mao病bing:補焊高溫產生的熱應力不能完清理,易導致材質損傷,導致部件產生變形或折斷;而電刷鍍受塗層厚度局限性,容易剝落,且以上兩大類方法都是用金屬修複金屬,不能變化“硬對硬”的配合聯係,在各力多方麵作用下,仍會導致重新磨損。
